  2. You do not need to review any medical records. Simply read a brief summary provided by an attorney, ask questions if you have any, and then reply with an initial opinion.
  3. You may be compensated for your initial opinion, even if you do not wish to be formally hired as an expert for a medical case or otherwise do not get hired by the attorney.
  4. To minimize any bias, Kalivar does not disclose whether the attorney is representing a doctor or a patient.
  5. You can provide medical opinions in complete anonymity. Your name and contact information are NEVER published on-line or publicly available on Kalivar. Your identity is not disclosed to the attorney unless you agree to be retained as an expert for a formal review of the case.
  6. When you accept a formal involvement in a case, we will put you in touch with the attorney who wishes to hire you. However, Kalivar will not disclose your identity and contact information to the attorney unless you agree to be hired by them.
  7. Once Kalivar has completed your introduction to the attorney, you do not have any obligation to Kalivar with regard to the particular case in subject and are free to work with the attorney on as many cases going forward as you'd like, without any compensation to Kalivar whatsoever.
